We provide branding, UX/UI design, and strategy services under separate written engagement agreements that take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Ownership of deliverables transfers as set out in the relevant engagement agreement, typically upon full payment. Until then, all work product remains our property.
Site content, including text, layout, and the Onestepcloser name and marks, may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
